The Blauvelt Free Library and the Orangeburg Library collaborate presenting Phil Cross, who instructs in the gentle movements of the ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi. Using a chair for support, Phil virtually teaches for both mind and body to enhance energy, increase strength, sustain the immune system and reduce the effects of stress. Good for both beginners and experienced.
