The Blauvelt Free Library is excited to partner with Orangeburg Library to present Philip Cross, teacher of the graceful movements of Tai Chi, the ancient Chinese low impact workout endorsed by doctors. Using chairs for support, Phil instructs for both mind and body to enhance left-right body control, increase energy and reduce stress.
